POWER and PON are on and LOS is off. Your connection is working.
What the lights on your modem mean
- POWER
- On means the modem has power. If it's off, check the adapter and the outlet.
- PON
- Steady means you're connected to the BGH fiber line. Blinking means it's still connecting, so give it 2 to 3 minutes.
- LOS
- Off is normal. Red means there's no fiber signal. Check that the thin fiber cable isn't bent or unplugged, then report the problem.
- LAN
- On or blinking means a device is plugged in with a cable.
- WLAN
- On or blinking means your Wi-Fi is on.
